License Renewals

LEAP has developed a set of training modulettes to help increase the knowledge capacity of your CNAs.  Along with these renewals comes a program created to increase the advancement opportunities by adding a Level III CNA position.

This is a program of the Institute for the Future of Aging Services, American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (AAHSA). It provides valuable resources and information on long-term care workforce issues and aging trends. You can download several publications, articles, reports, and BJBC newsletters.

National Clearinghouse on the Direct Care Workforce

This is a national online "library" for those who are interested in learning more about long-term care workforce issues and solutions. Fact sheets, original research, an annual survey of state workforce initiatives, and a free biweekly online newsletter, Quality Jobs/Quality Care, are available.
