First, they learn how to use the easy navigational tools, and once the six-part course begins, the class moves forward on weekly intervals to encourage discussion about specific topics each week. Participants log on any time during the week for a few hours by reading the content and participating in discussion boards. Parts of the course also include watching a video and listening to relaxation exercises. Each week, participants gain access to chapters of a guide book written specifically for this course.
