Assistant Server (Tucson, AZ) 

To provide pleasurable dining experiences by ensuring professional, timely food and beverage service to residents, family members, guests, and/or staff according to established dining standards. Provides support to Servers and Executive Chef during meal periods. Required:  Good interpersonal skills, ability to respond to instruction to retain and repeat tasks.

House Attendant (Tucson, AZ)

To provide general cleaning throughout the community including floors and carpets. Required: High school or equivalent. Preferred: Previous Housekeeping and floor care experience, knowledgeable of biohazard considerations.

 

Program Coordinator (Tucson, AZ)

To create ways to age well by assisting with coordination of a variety of meaningful resident programs and events. Required:  Experience working with older adults; leading programs and classes, good written and verbal communication skills. Self initiator requiring minimum supervision. Preferred:  College degree, 36 or 42 hour Activity Directors Course, experience with Music, Art or Therapeutic Recreation a plus, computer experience.

Server (Tucson, AZ) 

Performs a variety of services in the Dining Room including waiting on assigned tables, taking orders, setting and busing tables. Services meals to residents and serves at special functions. Assures that all shift duties are thoroughly completed before the close of each shift period. Setup and clean up of special functions, maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables. Have an understanding - before each meal period - every menu item and special, well enough to answer diners’ questions. Must maintain hospitable responsiveness to residents and guests. Must adhere to all sanitation and food handling protocols.

Certified Nursing Assistant (Evanston, IL)

Under the direct supervision of a licensed professional nurse, you'll assist nurses with resident care procedures and maintain the environment of the nursing unit, as assigned. A current Certified Nursing Assistant certification and experience working in long-term care are preferred. 

         

Cook (Wilmette, IL)

To provide timely preparation of quality food for residents, customers, family members, guests and staff according to established policies and procedures, using safe food handling principles. Required: 1-3 years previous cooking experience, basic knowledge and understanding of cooking techniques, ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers, residents and guests and to follow standardized recipes. Able to operate kitchen equipment and tools found within the hospitality/health care industry. Current sanitation certification. Preferred: Formal culinary training.

Nurse Practitioner (Evanston, IL)

To provide medical care and consultation services to Senior Living residents in conjunction with the Medical and Nursing staff. Required: Current Illinois Registered Nurse license, current Illinois Advance Practice Nurse license, certification as a Gerontological or Adult Nurse Practitioner. Preferred: Experience working with older adults in a retirement or active older adult community.

Registered Nurse (Evanston, IL)

Responsible for assessing, planning and providing quality nursing care to residents according to Federal, State and MLW standards of nursing care. Supervises and oversees CNAs in providing quality care and services to residents. Required: Current Illinois registered nursing license, minimum of 1 year experience in a skilled care community, good clinical assessment skills and technical knowledge of equipment used in a skilled nursing community, ability to lift, move and position residents, ability to transport residents (up to 300 lbs) via a wheelchair, bed and cart. Ability to push carts weighing approximately 80 lbs when required.

Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS Manager (Evanston, IL)

Management and administration of processes and procedures related to compensation, benefits, HRIS systems, and employee records.  Analyzes, plans, budgets, recommends implements and administers benefit and reward programs. Manages vendor relationships.  Oversees salary/wage administration and variable pay program development and administration.  Required: PC literate, ability to communicate well, 2-5 years benefits administration, HRIS system, and reporting knowledge.  Familiar with related federal, state and local laws. Preferred: Critical thinking and presentation skills, Bachelor’s degree.

  

Editor & Copywriter - Temporary (Evanston, IL)

To assure communications quality control through timely ideating, writing, proofreading, and editing text for internal and external marketing and other departments’ pieces. Required: Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or journalism; working knowledge of the Chicago Manual of Style and AP Stylebook; creative, detail-oriented, ability to work independently and in a team environment, ability to juggle numerous projects, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines, customer-service orientation;  computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Human Resources Manager (Evanston, IL)

Minimum of 3 years related experience in progressive human resources generalist duties.  Excellent interpersonal communication abilities to establish and maintain effective working relationships.  Knowledge of applicable federal state and local laws and regulations and proficient PC and organizational skills required.  Bachelor's degree, HR certification and senior living or hospitality experience preferred.

Intern (Evanston, IL)

Assists Accounting / Finance department by conducting analyses, preparing reports, entering data and helping with special projects.  Required:          Current college junior, senior or graduate student in industry–related major. Strong computer skills – word processing, spreadsheet, database, Strong communication skills – written and verbal, as well as listening. Preferred:  Senior or graduate level student majoring in accounting or finance.

Senior Accountant (Evanston, IL)

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for performing daily and monthly accounting activities for general ledger reporting.  Assist Accounting Manager and Controller to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial statements. Additional responsibilities include prepare, review and post journal entries. Prepare account reconciliations.  Analyze and resolve all account discrepancies. Prepare ad hoc analyses and special projects as requested. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, 3  years minimum accounting experience is required. Strong computer skills and communication skills. CPA and / or advanced degree are a plus. Senior living experience also helpful.

Senior Analyst (Evanston, IL)

The Senior Analyst will review financial statements and report on department variances; prepare analysis of current or proposed operations and provide timely and concise recommendations to improve results/performance. Facilitate preparation and review of the budget and forecast processes. Create user friendly financial reports. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, 3 years minimum experience, advanced Excel skills, report writer experience, detail oriented and analytical skills; strong written and verbal communication skills. CPA and/or advanced degree are a plus. Prefer skilled nursing and or Medicare billing experience.
