the community, if ever needed.
Splendido maximizes the autonomy of each resident member with respect and support by providing for those requiring assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation services.
Tailored Programs and Flexible Options
Splendido offers two health care plan options for maximum flexibility and value to resident members. Under our 90-Day Plan, resident members are eligible to receive up to 90 days of care in the Health Care Center at virtually no increase in monthly fee.
Resident members can also choose our Life Care Plan, for an additional monthly service fee, and pay virtually the same monthly fee as they would pay in independent living, for as long as permanent Health Care Center services are needed.
As part of the continuing care package, resident members residing in the Health Care Center receive three meals per day served in one of several dining rooms. Special diets can be accommodated. Therapy areas; activity rooms; a family meeting room; beauty salon; barbershop; sensory garden; and a variety of programs and activities tailored specifically to the interests and abilities of resident members are designed to engage mind, body, and spirit.
Assisted Living
Exceptional residential living is combined with comprehensive assisted living services, enabling resident members to remain as independent as possible. Licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) provide assistance with daily tasks such as dressing, grooming, and medication management. Private one-bedroom apartments are equipped with emergency response systems and safety features for comfort and peace of mind.
Memory Support
Specialized memory support focuses on creating
safe environments under 24-hour supervision,
emphasizing personal strengths to embrace each
resident member's individuality. Located within
the Health Care Center, residential
memory support neighborhoods are designed for
those with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease
or similar cognitive impairments.
Skilled Nursing
Registered nurses (RNs), LPNs, and CNAs provide 24-hour skilled nursing care when short-term recuperative or long-term care is required. Skilled nursing care is designed for individuals who require recovery support due to illness, surgery, concentrated rehabilitation services, or ongoing long-term care. Offered in spacious, private suites, our approach to providing this care supports the rehabilitation process in a caring and supportive setting.
Rehabilitation Services
An array of rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy, are offered in the Health Care Center on a fee-for-service basis.
