Rental Options

For those who want more flexibility with their assets, we offer a rental program.  This monthly rental plan is ideal for those who need more time to sell their homes, or to get their assets in order. Renting allows for maintenance-free living with access to dining, entertainment, and cultural opportunities.

Studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments are available, some featuring premium views of Lake Michigan or Chicago's skyline.
