Your financial plan and monthly costs at The Mather will vary based on the options you choose, including:

• Size, features, and upgrades of the home you select
• Available health care choices including:
  • 90-Day Plan – Up to 90 days of care at The Mather Life Centre upon permanent relocation with no increase in your monthly fee (additional charges apply for extra meals, medications, personal physician fees, and other ancillary charges)
  • Life Care Plan – Unlimited amount of additional care in The Mather Life Centre, at nearly the same monthly fee you would pay if you had remained in your apartment home (additional charges apply for extra meals, medications, personal physician fees, and other ancillary charges)
• You can choose to "decide as you dine," an option that allows you to dine at any of The Mather's dining venues on a pay as you go basis, or you can choose to have 21 or 30 meals included in your monthly fee. 
• Optional “perks” like select classes, programs and trips, secure indoor parking, weekly spa services, private transportation, and more
