Directions:

From Downtown Chicago/South:

Take I-90/Kennedy Expressway to I-94/Edens Expressway west. Take exit 37B/Dempster Street east. Follow Dempster Street for about 4 miles. Turn left at Chicago Avenue. Turn left at Davis Street. Go one block to Orrington Avenue and turn right. The Information & Design Centre is on the left-hand side of Orrington Avenue.

From Northern Suburbs:

Take I-94/Edens Expressway east. Take exit 37B/Dempster Street. Follow Dempster Street east for about 4 miles. Turn left at Chicago Avenue. Turn left at Davis Street. Go one block to Orrington Avenue and turn right. The Information & Design Centre is on the left-hand side of Orrington Avenue.

From West:

Take I-290/Eisenhower Expressway east. Merge onto I-94/Edens Expressway east toward Wisconsin. Take exit 37B/Dempster Street. Follow Dempster Street east for about 4 miles. Turn left at Chicago Avenue. Turn left at Davis Street. Go one block to Orrington Avenue and turn right. The Information & Design Centre is on the left-hand side of Orrington Avenue.

From Midway Airport:

Take S. Cicero Street north. Take I-55/Stevenson Expressway north. Merge onto exit 292A/I-94west toward Wisconsin. Take exit 37B/Dempster Street. Follow Dempster Street east for about 4 miles. Turn left at Chicago Avenue. Turn left at Davis Street. Go one block to Orrington Avenue and turn right. The Information & Design Centre is on the left-hand side of Orrington Avenue.

From O’Hare International Airport:

Take I-90/Kennedy Expressway east toward the Chicago Loop. Merge onto exit 1C/I-294 north, toward Milwaukee/I-90 west/Rockford (portions toll). Get off at Dempster Street/US-14E exit. Take Dempster Street east for approximately 9.5 miles. Turn left at Chicago Avenue. Turn left at Davis Street. Go one block to Orrington Avenue and turn right. The Information & Design Centre is on the left-hand side of Orrington Avenue.

In addition to meter street parking, enclosed parking is available at the Sherman Plaza Self-Park, located at 821 Davis Street.

The Mather will open in 2009 at 425 Davis Street and in 2011 at 450 Davis Street.
