Below are details regarding how construction continues to progress.

The Mather North Topped Off in November 2008
The Mather North’s concrete structure was topped off at the 11th floor in November, finalizing an important chapter in our development.

In February, construction of the building enclosure will continue as the metal-stud framing, sheathing, and weather barrier are completed. The mason will also continue the brick and cast stone on the south, east, and west elevations, and the installation of the Juliet balcony precast will be completed.

In addition, the installation of the windows on the tenth and eleventh floors will be finalized, and sliding-glass balcony doors will installed on floors four through six. Interior wall layout and metal-stud framing will continue through the seventh floor as drywall is started on the second floor. Mechanical rough will continue on floors three through eight, and installation of the roofing systems will begin on the eleventh floor.
