Two-Tower Senior Living Project Planned in Tysons Corner

Tysons Corner, Virginia, continues to grow and change, now with a planned project that involves 668,435 square feet of senior residential space. As first reported by Washington Business Journal, Illinois-based Mather LifeWays plans on building two 18- and 27-story towers, reaching up to 285 feet tall.

Along with over 18,000 square feet of retail and restaurants planned, there will also be 300 independent living units and 78 assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing beds. There will be both one- and two-bedroom units as well as amenities like a fitness center and day spa.
